Humanitarian Aid in Philippines after Typhoon

As an active volunteer in IsraAID, the Israeli humanitarian aid NGO, I helped with fundraising for humanitarian aid given by IsraAID in the aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines. After the initial emergency aid right after the typhoon (November 2013), IsraAID teams continued their work, implementing programs in medical support, psycho-social training and reconstruction. Above are photos from some of these programs.

I will be visiting the Philippines during February 2015 to hold professional workshops on dealing with post-trauma victims for social workers, nurses, doctors and fire and rescue teams.
